Who we are

HOGY ("we", "us") offers guided workouts in hotel gyms. For any question about your data, contact us at hello@hogyforhotels.com.

What we collect

When you suggest a hotel, we collect the hotel name, the city and your email address.
When you use HOGY in a hotel, we use the choices you make (such as your available time, your energy level and any limitations you mention) to compose your session, and any feedback you choose to give afterwards. You don't need an account and we don't ask for your name.

Why we use it

To let you know when HOGY becomes available at the hotel you suggested or near you, to contact that hotel about HOGY (we never share your email address with the hotel), and to improve our sessions.
We process your email address because you give it to us voluntarily for this purpose. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

How long we keep it

Hotel suggestions and email addresses are deleted once we have informed you, and at the latest 24 months after you submitted them.

Who has access

Only the HOGY team. We use trusted service providers to host our app and database and to send emails. They only process your data on our behalf. We never sell your data.

Cookies and local storage

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a few small technical settings needed for the app to work.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@hogyforhotels.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
